Road Trips, Blue Skies & Dead Guys!

I’m so excited for today’s release. Book 10 in the Gianna Mancini Mystery series is

ROAD TRIPS, BLUE SKIES & DEAD GUYS

Reluctant ghost whisperer Gianna Mancini’s mother loves collecting murderabilia–objects once belonging to murder victims. It’s become quite a hobby, to the point where she has a basement full of items. When Gianna discovers there’s a ghost living down there—attached to the dead woman’s handbag—Gianna asks the departed to move on. But the senior citizen, Betty, is determined to first get revenge on the person who pushed her down a flight of stairs. And she knows exactly who it is. Her best friend.

In an effort to help Betty go to the light, Gianna, Ma, Betty, and Gianna’s detective brother, Enzo, decide to take a road trip to Betty’s hometown of Chance, MA to poke around and see if they can find clues to lead the police to this supposedly guilty best friend.

But the more they dig, the more secrets stumble at their feet, and before long, they realize there’s a list of suspects who could’ve killed Betty for her handbag. The local police don’t appreciate out-of-towners nosing around any more than the people in Betty’s former life. Before long Gianna finds herself being chased, kidnapped, and threatened. Can she get to the truth before this road trip takes a deadly turn?

I hope you enjoy this one!

Champagne, Sunrise & Dead Guys

Today is release day for book 9 in the Gianna Mancini Mysteries series.

CHAMPAGNE, SUNRISE & DEAD GUYS

A day of celebration! Woo hoo! I should’ve bought champagne, lol.

So far it’s received a lot of praise from beta readers. I’m excited I can share Gianna’s next story with you now. I hope you enjoy it.

I’m currently writing book 10, which is a different environment than the previous books, but still with the same magic that makes Gianna such a delight.

Tutus, Fries & Dead Guys!

TUTUS, FRIES & DEAD GUYS releases today!!!

I’m excited about all of my releases, but this one is a little extra special due to a name.

Some years ago, an author friend, Elle Rush, and I were talking about funny nicknames for Bloody Mary, and she came up with Screama Ballerina. I loved it so much, I stored it in the back of my mind until I found the perfect book to use it in. This is that book!

Ghost whisperer, Gianna Mancini, has been communicating with the dearly departed since she was a child. It’s been a lonely gift that she’s kept hidden from everyone other than family and a few close friends. As far as the rest of the world knows, ghosts aren’t real.

Until now…

When dance instructor, Nadia Petrov, is killed and falls into a mirror during her collapse, her spirit seeps into the glass and can be seen by anyone who passes. Much like Bloody Mary, she jumps from mirror to mirror, but unlike the urban legend, Nadia delights in scaring and then cackling at those unfortunate enough to be around—earning her new nickname, Screama Ballerina.

Gianna has no intention of getting involved in solving Nadia’s death until the police question Gianna’s fifteen-year-old niece, who’s clearly lying about something. Now, Gianna must figure out who had it in for the controlling dancer in order to clear her niece’s name and help Screama Ballerina move on. But the killer will stop at nothing to shut Gianna up for good…

Summer is Coming!

Everyone who knows me knows how much I hate the heat and humidity. Summer is torture for me, and I start counting down to October soon. We don’t have central air, just those window A/C units, and they’re not enough since the seasons have become warmer with climate change. This year, however, the first summer ever (and I do mean ever; I hated summer as a kid too) I am looking forward to one thing…

Summer fruit! 🙂

As for writing, I’ve started a new series. I’ll talk about it more as I get closer to publishing. It has mystery elements, but it’s not a cozy. I will be starting the ninth Gianna book later this summer, and book 8 releases on July 26th. Things are going well on that count.

My Kindle Vella serial, My So-Called Luck, has ended and will be turned into a standalone book later. I don’t have dates for anything other than book 8 at this time, but I’ll let you know as soon as I do.

Hope you have a fabulous summer. I’ll be over here eating blueberries and watermelon and counting down to seeing pumpkins. 🙂

Happy reading!

xoxo, Jenn

Gianna Updates!

Only 20 more days until Gianna #5, Diamonds, Pies & Dead Guys releases! I’m excited about this one. For reasons I’m not sure, it was the easiest one to write so far. You can pick up your copy now (preorder). It releases on June 22.

#6, Ghosts, Private Eyes & Dead Guys is currently in edits. I will be showing off the cover soon. It’s so cute. It will release in October. I’ll let you know the preorder links when I have them.

And finally, book #7, Balloons, Allies & Dead Guys should release next winter. I’m still in the early stages of writing this one. It’s the hardest one I’ve written so far.

That’s it for now!

Happy reading!

xoxo,

Jenn
